Finding Us The Simple Way!

Driving from Chania airport:

It takes about 25 minutes to drive from our local airport. Follow the signs into the centre of the city, continue along Hatzi Michali Yiannari Street and then turn right at Pireos (Piraia) Street. Drive all the way to the end of the road. As you come in front of the sea, turn right, and after 50 metres park near the beginning of our street, Theotokopoulou.

Arriving by boat at Souda harbour, Chania:

Taxis and car rentals can be found at the exit of Souda harbour. However there are buses that will bring you into the city. The bus will drop you outside the Market building. Make your way down to the Venetian Harbour and head toward the large red building of the Naval Museum. The alley in front of there is called Angelou Street. Walk to the top of it and turn right. The Pension entrance is on the very next alleyway on the right hand side.

Walking from Chania bus station:(Taxis are available outside of the station)

It will take 10-15 minutes to walk from the bus station. You will notice that the street signs are displayed in Greek and English. As you exit the station cross over the main road of Kidonias and walk straight ahead. Progress down the small street opposite that will connect you to Skalidi Street. Turn left onto this road. Then the first street on the right is called Pireos (Piraia). Continue all the way down to the end which brings you in front of the sea. From there follow the sea around to the right and after 50 metres you will come to the beginning of Theotokopoulou Street.

TAXIS

If you are arriving by taxi you should tell the driver that the street is located beside the ‘Zenia Hotel’. Ask him to drop you at Café Mano, which is our Café, and next door to the Pension. It should cost no more than 20 euros from the airport. Please let us know if you would like us to organise you a taxi from the airport. Any problems just call us, we are always happy to help!

Driving from Iraklion airport and the east of Crete:

It should take about 2 hours to drive from Iraklion on the national highway. As you reach Chania, you may find it easier to exit the highway at the Chania/Mournies/ Hospital turn-off. (This is after the Chania/Souda) exit).

After you drive down from the exit, keep on the right, and join the main road. You will continue straight for about 4km passing over all the traffic lights. You will have entered the City from the south and will therefore eventually arrive on Plastiria Street which is opposite the Market building. Turn left onto Hatzi Michali Yiannari Street. Continue straight and then after 500 metres you turn right at Pireos (Piraia) Street. Drive all the way to the end of the road. As you come in front of the sea turn right again, and after 50m, park near the beginning of our street, Theotokopoulou.

Once you reach us:

As you arrive at the parking area beside the sea, walk just 50 metres up Theotokopoulou Street and the Pension Nora entrance is the second alleyway on the left.
